As always it was a pleasure to go for a hair trim by Jackie and be looked after by the nice lady who washed my hair - I'm afraid her name escapes me. This is a very good hairdressers and I'm lucky that it's near to where I live.

My little boy has his hair done here. Karen is excellent with him. I also had mine done by Karen when I was a child so she has a lot of experience 👍😁

My Wife visited as a birthday present following the birth of our daughter, Headstart were supposed to do a cut and pop in some streaks of color into her hair, The cut was lovely, the color was, well for all we know they just put washing up liquid in her hair, her hair is unsatisfactory, and what was meant to be a treat has turned into a punishment! Upon complaining to the hairdressers we were told "she knew the risks" and then were hung up on! my wife received a refund for the color that didn't happen, but that's it, and was made to feel an inch big, ultimately, their score is 0% for colors, and 0% for customer service!!
