Been trying to have a tooth capped since July 2019. They kept cancelling my appointments every 3-4 weeks. Eventually got and had one on 13 march 2020, to be told I needed a tooth capped. Booked 2 weeks later. Paid then. Then covid. September 1st appointment, cancelled 3 times so far, today's was for this Friday. Now the 9th November. Pointed out that to be a Dental Practice you need to practice, obviously not on me. Don't know who's paying them, can't seem to be working for it. Very poor show.

Shocking behaviour showing a total lack of any values. Told i would have the practice manager call me today but she hasn’t. Was told that I would have to go private if i needed treatment as I hadn’t made an appointment within 6 months of registering at the practice something I was not made aware of. I will be making a formal complaint over the lack of care and empathy

Paid appointment a week before cancelled 20 minutes before the visit due to "no PPE" for pregnant patient. Like it was something unexpected. IT WAS PAID AND ARRANGED A WEEK BEFORE! Basically the last minute someone realised it's ok and professional to call and cancel just like that. Lots of other expenses happening behind the scenes for any patient out there when attending a dental practice too. You're not the only ones. That's how things work. In our case was turning work away for the time of the appointment and paying a babysitter as well as the fuel cost to Shillingstone and back just to turn around the last minute. So unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone else even thinking that they can get a better service from a private practice just because they pay more when it's as clear as day light that just isn't the case with this practice. An honest review from a disappointed partner in behalf of your even more disappointed patient.

Excellent care, couldn’t fault the service received. Staff were very helpful and professional. Certainly didn’t match other negative reviews!

this team of dentists is fantastic Gabriel is fantastic with my young daughter and has been for the past few years making her happy and relaxed to go see the dentist anytime she needs to he has also been very kind to me as I am not very good in the dentist chair thank you :)
