Had a cut and blow dry here today. Lovely friendly staff. Great cut. Very attentive to what I wanted, but also gave suggestions. Also the poshest coffee I have ever had in a hair salon. Top marks!

A lovely, friendly salon. I've always had a great experience with colour and a cut. Emma and the team have a great rapport with the customers and its obvious why they come back time and tome again. Always a lovely, relaxing and fun visit! Great coffee too!

I asked for a trim, but what I received was a loss of a lot of hair through "Slicing" - See image, which ended up with my having to pay another hairdresser to rectify the damage. This meant my long hair, (Waist length) which I've had all my life, having over 8 inches cut off. To say I am angry, does not cover the range of emotions and sleepless nights I have had. The first thing to go wrong was the hairdresser, having washed my hair, where it got very tangled, then stuck a hairbrush in the top, by my roots & started dragging it down to the ends! 1) this really hurts & 2) This tears the hair out. With long hair you have to work from the ends up- supporting the hair, by holding it, as you remove the knots. She then put two types of product on, which made the hair slick, & this is why, I suspect, her scissors "Slipped" She did a good cut at the front, This is the ONLY good point. Then, instead of sectioning off my hair she just trimmed an inch off the ends ! I had asked for a little over 2". She proceeded to dry my hair, which I queried. She said she needed to do that to finish off the cut. I suspected something was wrong, when she didn't show me the results, you know, the mirror reveal moment, where they show you what your new lovely style looks like! When I plaited my hair that night, I was heartbroken by the lack of hair I had. I am even more upset by having the shortest hair I have ever had since I was 5 years old. Please, If you value your hair do not go here.
