An Avenue of over 300 beech trees, now just about 200 years old. To drive through it is a joy any time of the year. Because of it's close proximity to the road it will not be there for many more decades

It is what it says, a wonderful beech avenue on the main road from Wimborne to Blandford. Stunning trees in all seasons but no facilities other than a car park at Badbury Rings or a couple of pull ins at the Wimborne end. Originally the carriage approach to Kingston Lacy House. National Trust
