Absolutely 5 star service, I could not be happier. Called up as my key broke and I was locked out of my garage, and the locksmith was round within half an hour and I had access within an hour of making the call. I didn't catch the locksmith's name; a chap from Newcastle. Was very very polite, friendly and professional, and doing a fantastic job of representing your company. 10/10 service. Thank you very much.
I emailed late on a sunday night after our front door lock broken in the locked position. A reply came within minutes and by 11am the next day the lock was replaced. Reg was polite throughout and explained what he had done and made suggestions of how to stop it happening again.
Reg was onsite within 30 mins of my initial call to gain access to a rental property. Fast, efficient and cost effective. Great service.
