I wrote a review on boots website but I wanted to also add a review on Google as I honestly had the best customer experience today with Charlotte from Boots in Castle Point. Charlotte has strong knowledge on multiple beauty brands and was able to answer any question I had and make recommendations. As a result I left with multiple products after originally not coming in for anything. Further to this, nothing was too much of an ask for Charlotte, her customer service was absolutely first-class. I would not hesitate having Charlotte in my team, she is an asset to Boots and a mould all those working in customer service should be created from.

Decided to place a click and collect order from the Boots website to be picked up at this store. Upon entering there was no sign to a collection point and having asked the deputy manager at the front tills where to collect, he directed me to a tiny corner at the back of the store. Spending a good couple of minutes trying to find the hidden sign, there was no one available so eventually made my way back for the front tills and they collected my items from the back. Not exactly the best service mid pandemic when I am trying to avoid entering stores as much as possible. I wouldn’t have bothered with click and collect otherwise as all the items I ordered were available in store anyway!

The best store I have ever visited. You can get everything for personal hygiene and a wide variety of makeup products. Extraordinary. I highly recommend it

They also sell cosmetics and skin care products. Also they sell medicines. You can tell your go to send your medicines there for you to pick up

I wanted to purchase some No7 gift sets, but couldn't find them. One member of staff was friendly and helpful; the No7 consultant however, was brusque and offhand. Walked out without buying any. Not what I've come to expect from Boots. Shame.
