My mum who's in Melbourne asked me to arrange some flowers for a cousin and I spoke to Rose yesterday. We discussed a beautiful custom arrangement which was delivered this morning and my cousin was delighted and she felt very special indeed. And of course my mum was also beaming when my cousin got in touch to say a massive thank you. So with two happy girls....a job well done and I'm giving myself a pat on the back ;-) Another big thanks to Rose and the team....

Great service the flowers were so fresh and the best bouquet i have ever sent. great service and kept in contact when recipient wasn't there called and asked what i would like to do unlike bigger companies they just drop them off regardless. So will absolutely be using you again. It would be great if you can offer free deliveries if we pay for an annual subscription like they do in the bigger companies for next day delivery to be free ? Thank you one very happy customer

A wonderful florists. I live abroad and have used them a few times to deliver to my family in Bournemouth. They are kind, helpful and always deliver beautiful bouquets at a very reasonable price in a timely manner. Rose the lady I spoke to always goes out of her way to make their flowers special.Thanks ! :-)

Rose was great from start to finish. Our wedding flowers were gorgeous and looked stunning. Couldn't have asked for more and still within our budget. Would definitely recommend Florists Gallery.
