Tapper funeral service Christchurch are such a compassionate ,kind and caring thoughtful team of beautiful people.From the moment I walked through the door I felt like I was with a support network of family and friends. As a daughter who lost my mom ,my only parent whom which she had no plans or arrangements set in place it was the most unexpected, horrific sad time for me but from Michelle on reception to Simon the funeral arranger and Anna (celebrant) I was treated with so much thought and care with personal touches it made this extremely sad time beautiful. Their professionalism and above and beyond attitude of support and thought I received from them all was a Gods send. I got absolutely everything I asked for and more I’m so happy I chose such an establishment. It’s beautiful and calming inside and out. The service was outstanding and I would highly recommend them. A very understanding team with a no rush approach is really what you need at such a time. I couldn’t of done it all without you , Forever Grateful, Aaminah

Our family could not have been happier with the service we received from the entire team at Tapper. Everyone was exceptionally kind and supportive, and they had some wonderful ideas that helped make the service both very personal and very memorable. The Ceremony Hall is a wonderful venue.

Had a lovely device here for my mother. They were very professional and treated us with dignity. My mother paid for a pre plan and it worked out perfectly. Highly recommend.

Having lost my Mother unexpectedly in December 2020 with a funeral during Christmas week and having to negotiate the ever changing Covid19 guidelines. I can not praise highly enough the service I received from Simon, Michelle, Maurice and the team. The process was conducted with empathy, sympathy and dignity throughout and on the day the special requests were carried out in full and as exactly as requested. I never felt Mum's funeral was just another job on the production line. It felt personal and I can not fine fault in any of the service the Christchurch Branch of this operation had been asked to deliver hence 5* if mum had been around to appreciate the occasion she would have give a 7 ! thank you all involved. When my dad passed away last month we made the decision to use Tappers as several people had recommended them to us. They made what was a very emotional and traumatic experience much easier, offering support throughout. Michelle was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the beautiful service that Anna put together and delivered for us was a fitting tribute to my wonderful dad. Although we were limited by covid restrictions, we couldn't fault the funeral service and the support that Simon, Michelle and the team gave to us.
