We have had excellent service for my Mother's funeral from Jackie at Deric Scott. Everything was handled with professionalism and compassion and we had a memorable service. I would particularly like to mention the beautiful banana leaf coffin and the gorgeous flowers, but everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend Deric Scott.

I would highly recommend Deric Scott and would like to thank Jackie Buckingham in particular for looking after our family after my father's loss. She thought of everything and made the service as painless as possible taking special care of my two young daughters who attended the service. We are very grateful to Jackie and her team.

Jackie Buckingham and her staff were wonderful in their handling with such care and attention of not only the prior arrangements but also of the funeral itself of an elderly gentleman last Friday. She just took care of everything in a sympathetic, friendly and easy manner. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank all the team at Deric Scott who helped me through the difficult time after my fathers death. They all without exception treated my father as a person with great respect to which we are so grateful for. They offer an exceptional service which is both professional and empathetic. In particular I would like to single out Mark who went above and beyond. I cannot recommend this team more highly. My brothers and myself rate this team well above a 5 star rating.

Thank you to Jackie and all the team who helped to organise our father’s funeral. Jackie took good care of us and always made us feel very welcome and nothing was to much trouble. She even took the time after the funeral to call to see if we were all ok.
