I couldn't praise the service we had from Sandra highly enough. I felt completely supported by her in every way and was confident that everything was being dealt with in the most professional and competent way. I would highly recommend the company to handle a difficult time with respect and dignity.

Sandra was kind, compassionate, understanding and extremely thoughtful when dealing with me and my 2 step children after the passing of our favourite person. She actually listened to what we wanted. Sandra was very professional, organised and took care of every small detail. She truly cared about us and what our loss meant to us and other members of our family. The funeral went off without a hitch and many attendees commented on how special a day it was. Thank you Sandra from Chris Mallinson, Lauren and Alex.

Funerals of a loved one are always a difficult time but Sandra helped us make the very best of a difficult time. Excellent organisation, absolutely no pressure and no fuss. Nothing too much trouble. Thoroughly recommended (actually the third time I have used this company over the course of 24 years - always had the same level of service).

I was really Pleased to learn that Sandra from A.V.Ridouts was nominated to be the funeral Director for my family, she was caring thorough precise and nothing was too much trouble for her, and immaculately presented. This was for for my uncles funeral taken care off by Wilton Funeral Directors. The service was outstanding , and was a very personal bespoke funeral, nothing was too much trouble for Staff involved at Wiltons. Day and night, somebody was able to be in professional assistance. The Hearse driver upon request drove the specialised route with professionalism and dignity. Every aspect from beggining to end went as perfectly as I could have wished for . My uncle would have been proud.

Sandra Hagger was recommended to us by a friend. On the passing of our Mother we were heartbroken and had no idea of what to do. With Sandra's help, she guided us through all the arrangements with utmost respect and ease. The funeral service was ministered by Sandra and it was a beautiful service and true tribute to our Mum. Many people have commented on how lovely the day was. Sandra was never intrusive, but gave reassuring comfort and guidance as needed. A difficult time for us but it has helped knowing Mums celebration of life was fitting.
