The Physio Station

I had been struggling with a bad shoulder on and off for the past 10 years, spent a fortune on all kinds of treatment, and nothing seemed to sort my shoulder out. One visit to the Physio Station and I could not believe the results, Aaron gave me exercises to work with and hey presto the results have been amazing. I cannot rate Aaron high enough, I have recommended him to many friends and would urge anyone in pain to see Him

I can absolutely recommend The Physio Station. Following a back injury at work and prolonged lower back pain, the therapist I have received treatment from is Aaron Hergest. Aaron really took the time to listen to me as I explained my symptoms. He took great care in assessing my needs and following up with the appropriate treatment. At all times I have felt extremely well cared for and totally confident in Aaron's knowledge, expertise, dedication and professionalism. Aaron really takes the time to explain the cause of the pain or injury and what treatment/exercises are necessary and how they will help. He even took the trouble to email me short, easy to understand videos of each exercise prescribed which makes it much easier to 'get it right' when I'm home as I tend to be a tad forgetful! Following a course of sessions, my back is SO much improved. I was lucky enough to have appointments with Aaron a couple of years ago following damage I'd done to my ankle. With Aaron's patience, skill, kindness and encouragement, and with me adhering to the phsysio exercises, my ankle is perfect again to the extent, I can't even remember which ankle it was! The Physio Station is a great practice - exceedingly helpful and caring professionals, well equipped treatment facilities, convenient location and easy to park. Thank you Aaron & The Physio Station for keeping me mobile and enjoying life!

Aaron is a really good, fully qualified and knowledgeable Physiotherapist. I work in Construction and my job has caused a lot of problems in my neck and shoulders. I've tried many different therapists and Aaron is the first one to have made such a big difference to the pain I've been having. Highly recommended.
