my son went to allenbourn when mr brookes was head and what a fantasic head he was never had a problem so i sent my daughter to allenbourn who needed extra help again mr brookes was head not a single problem until sept 2015 new head come into school my son had left by this time my daughter was badly bullied and had money stolen that i sent in with her for cookies that the school sales and her lunch was getting stolen and the last straw was when my daughter who has astma was told by a teacher that she was'nt allowed to take her inhalers because she didnt have astma when my daughter is astmatic and has been since she was very young no teacher has the right to tel, her that and i kept ringing the school to speak to the head and she was always in a meeting so i was told everytime she would ring me back nope never had a call back i pulled my daughter out of school and it took the 2 weeks to ring me and ask why my daughter was no longer there and then the head rang
Worst 4 years of my life were at that school. It was a long time ago, but short of knocking it down, rebuilding it, and replacing all the teachers, I doubt anything would fix it.
