I would not even give one star. My child was constantly bullied here even by teachers. My child gets an after school detention for not going to lunch time catch up club because she was with another teacher as she was upset about being bullied. But the boy that bullied her and made an online video about her didn't get any detention. Also the teachers isolate her from bully's? That is not right. This school has no anti-bullying policy what so ever. De-registered my daughter. WORST SCHOOL I'VE EVER COME ACROSS. AVOID FOR YOUR CHILDREN'S SAKE.

still in this high school now... it is great and could definitely is as good as any school../ it is the smallest school in Dorset but school is school your either gonna like it or not

The 6th form leadership absolutely disgusted me during my two years here. It was always loud and difficult to study due to the lack of control and discipline from staff. The head of 6th form is unpleasant, patronising and full of true hatred if you're not in her top 5 student circle. She has little understanding for one's individual aspirations, so if you're doing anything other than university (HER preferred path), you'll have a difficult time in this 6th form. Shaftesbury 6th form offers a better overall experience and provides you with the support needed to reach your potential, which definitely cannot be said about Sturminster. Absolutely DISGUSTED with the approach of the "head" of 6th form.

I go here and the best high school ever!! I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL!!!!!
