I had the most incredible massage with Verna in her new treatment room at La Vie Spa today. Honestly, I think that woman has magic in her hands. I went in stressed and full of tension and came out feeling amazing. 🥴

I had a fantastic back neck and shoulder massage yesterday from Claire. I have had lots of massages and I can honestly say it was the best one Ive ever had. It just a shame I live 300 miles away but I’ll definitely come back when I next visit my sisters. Thank you Claire x
What a wonderful place! And what a wonderful treatment. I was a masssge/facial virgin, however my lady put me at ease and was so professional I didn't want my hour to end. The thermal spa area was perfect and the cream tea, sandwich and service was also first rate. Overall a fantastic day with friends.
A good visit to La Vie. I had booked a repeat massage here. Friendly welcome as usual. It was immaculately clean. I was given a health check form to complete so that the therapist was aware of my general well being. I was taken through to the relaxation room and had the opportunity to have a herbal tea or water while I waited. I was collected by Chloe and went to the treatment room. This was a soothing sanctuary. The bed had been heated in preparation for the session. The massage was everything expected. Chloe gave a summary of how she intended the session to go and checked this was acceptable. I came away having had the massage I wanted in good surroundings with a proficient therapist. A faultless experience and one I shall repeat.
Great 3 hours in the Spa.
We booked the Signature Spa for 2 and weren't disappointed.
Fantastic massage and body wrap.
Once you in the Spa area, you would have no idea your in a large hotel.
