I purchased a gas fire from them. The fire is excellent and the service I had from them was also very good. The staff I spoke with were always helpful nothing to much bother.

Product arrived as expected but delivery driver left a huge wooden crate for me to dispose of. Contacted SuperiorFires and was told to get rid of it myself. Cost of disposal of large bulky items is £40 and virtually half of the cost of the item ordered. Absolute rip off to order goods only to be left with a huge bill afterwards.
