Absolutely amazing... Not my vet as I was looking after a friends dog... but I was v impressed!!!.. They fitted us in, although v v busy and short staffed..., and were so caring... Follow up a week later was equally impressive... I witnessed so much empathy and genuine concern... They are 5 star plus in my eyes!!!... Thank you x

I knew what I wanted but was pleasantly surprised by my straight in and straight out success. Didn't even spend more than five minutes at the checkout. 👌
The Vet Nurse was extremely helpful and apologetic. The Vet Nurse explained all our options and generally was very helpful to solve our issue, of which, she did so we did get our pup vaccinated. the Vet Nurse was so informative, polite and professional at all times.

It was Bella's first visit to the vet. She is a rescue dog and as I don't know her history I was a bit unsure about how she would react. There was no need, Bella was treated like the Princess she is and thoroughly enjoyed her visit and the fuss she had made of her. I've got no worries about taking her back for her follow up in 4 weeks as she was treated so well
