Terrible place now. I have been taking my pets there for nearly 20 years but am now registering my dog with another vet. To get an appointment you have to ring at 8.30 each morning, and you can't get through then. When you get through at 9am all the appointments are gone and you are told to try again the next day.....and so it goes on, still no appointment! Then if you are really lucky you get through to the awful receptionist that everyone tries to avoid (older lady, you know who you are!), who tells you "yes the appointments are gone, you have to follow the same process as you do to get a GPs appointment". Subtle difference dear, you are a private business that people are paying for.....you are not the NHS, so no I won't be frantically trying to ring at 8.30am day in, day out. I shall be voting with my feet and remove my pet from this awful place.....much like many other people are doing!

I was abit upset as I didn’t think I was going to get an appointment due to lockdown but the manager thankfully found me a time slot to book my 2 bunnies in for their first vaccinations so I don’t have to worry for another year! Thank you so much I’m very greatful after a check from the vet I’m told I have 2 very healthy rabbits!

I have a rabbit, I got her from pets at home I was also registered with the vets there but they are absolutely useless!!! Very rude staff when I called them for emergency appointment as my rabbit stopped eating for two days they refused to see her, so I rang a bunch of vets but st David’s saw my rabbit straight away, BETH saw her she was brilliant staff are lovely highly recommend them! Thank you for all your help!

Been going there since they first open, and can not fault them in any way.
