Everything was clearly explained. My. Cat was operated on as soon as possible. Lovely staff can't fault the service especially in these difficult times.

Our 2 dogs went in to be spayed. We really appreciated how the team accommodated our request to keep them together as this meant that they weren't a bag of nerves by the time we picked them up. When we did pick them up, they had waggy tails and we could tell they'd been loved by the staff. We really appreciated this as they can be quite nervous dogs. The aftercare was explained very clearly and they made a very speedy recovery - they were back to their normal selves within 2 days and their scar has healed over very nicely. Vets4Pets aren't usually our normal vets, but due to Covid we had to go with them to get the dogs spayed - and we're very glad we did... We'll definitely return! Overall: - Friendly and accommodating staff - Kind to our dogs - Clear explanations - No problems following operation - Affordable

Friendly staff, made a fuss of my dog which she loved :) Leo (the vet) explained everything that he had done and what else she needed doing

Ive been paying £14 a month, on top of pet insurance wIth M&S. What annoys me is I don’t even know what I’m paying this money for. Very extortionate for just working and flea tablets which aren’t even delivered. Just feel that this vets is about how much they can rinse you for. Also their opening times listed aren’t correct. Tried to call to postpone an injection but weren’t able to call... Sorry Vets4Pets but won’t be using you anymore. Very disappointed you’ve had £140 and provided nothing.

Do not trust these people with your dogs. They have messed up the records of both my dogs a number of times, and we've recently found out they didn't register either of them correctly for the past 4 years. When telling them about their mistake they blamed us even though we have proof. If you love your dog, do not go here
