I went in today looking for fireplace tiles. I was asked if I needed any help by David, I explained that I had no idea what I was doing or what I was looking for, and he took a lot of time talking me through what types of tiles I needed, showed me suitable ones in the shop, and gave me a lot of advice on other aspects I'd need to think about e.g. hearths, types of adhesive. His service was fantastic and was very knowledgeable about the types of products I'd need. I will definitely be going back there for my current project and any others I have in the future. Couldn't have been more helpful. Accurately went and checked stock info, took payment online and let my lady friend collect on my behalf. They even loaded the tiles into her car! Great - thank you :)

Excellent visit yesterday, ably supported by David who was able to answer all of our questions and explain where the pattern on the flooring tiles we've ordered would be cut. Can't fault the service at all.
