Got back to us super quickly when we were interested in a property. They sent all the forms and information that we needed as soon as we got off the initial phone call, they kept us up to date with everything and let us know almost immediately if there was anything else they needed from us.
They also gave us information and leaflets about our rights as tenants and landlord rights to make sure we were well informed and wouldn't get taken advantage of.
I would 100% recommend them.
Director of one stop lettings was rude and unprofessional the rest of the staff were lovely. It is a shame she gives the company a bad rep. Her actions alone leave me no choice but to rate 1 star.
I am going to be very honest.
Last week. I called them twice about a property they put up on the market place and Facebook.Spoke to a guy,first call he said its available and he was going to put the viewing in an hour on Facebook.They never did. Then I called again he said property is available and will reply to my messages and send the online viewing to me . Guess what they never replied ,and removed the property. At least be honest or may be reply.How many times one is to call, send email, send facebook messages.
Great letting experience - found a new flat at short notice with the help of the kind staff. 10/10 would go again
We have used the team at 1Stop for 3 years now and they have never ceased to impress. Response times are quick, standard of service is the highest, the owner is a font of contacts and useful information and prices are reasonable. I honestly do not know how they could improve on their offering and I am delighted to recommend them.
