We just bought our wedding rings from here and couldn't recommend this store enough. We were helped by the lovely Emily Palmer and she was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We've been in to a few jewellery stores and have sometimes been put off by unfriendly staff but everyone in the store was so welcoming. The store itself is also stunning.

Where do we begin...... We came to Allum & Sidaway in March 2015 after seeing their stall at a wedding fair. We were enticed by the discount deal they were offering at the time if you bought 2 wedding rings together. Little did we know that we were about to be cosmically aligned with THE best ring designer in Salisbury! Me, as the groom, had absolutely NO idea what I wanted from a wedding ring after being bored to death by the same old junk available everywhere, it then became a challenge for Abigail to design me something absolutely fantastic; a challenge she accepted and won, with flying colours!! As for my bride, she presented Abigail with what I can only describe as a sketch drawn by a 2 year old, to which Abigail managed to decipher and turn into something magnificent. Abigail has since penned us as Mr and Mrs Wolverine due to the design of our rings but there's been nothing sharp about her reaction to my bride walking in at all hours of the day and asking for her time. She has been nothing but dedicated professional courteous and polite, along with being a mind reader to all our needs and wants. To top it all off she has a great personality and knows how to have a good giggle! So much so, she is even a guest at our wedding. If you're looking for a signature piece that can work within both a small and large budget then this should be your first stop! We really can't thank them enough for everything they've done for us it's been truly magical. Thanks for making our day that little bit more awesome!!

I spent time here with Ivonna creating the most beautiful engagement ring for my partner, Ivonna was so helpful and talked me through the whole process. My partner is over the moon with it, it’s such a stunning design, and everyone who sees it falls in love with it. We’ll back for the wedding rings for sure.

I bought my wife a diamond solitaire for our 30th wedding anniversary, and unfortunately within the first 18 months the diamond was lost, through no apparent fault of our own. Paul Lewis, the manager at the Salisbury branch, very graciously offered to replace the stone at no additional cost to ourselves. Now that's what I'd call true customer service.
