The moment I walked in I was greeted by the Store Manager who was very patient and had superb advice on a watch I was planning to buy. Unfortunately with the store being very small, the watch I was considering was not stocked in this branch. It was when I turned round I noticed they did stock Montblanc pens! I had been after a starwalker pen for some time and was very pleasantly surprised that they stocked them. With a bit of time to try out the pens I made my purchase and was warmly hand shooked. This to me is the mark of a good Salesperson, someone who takes their time to relax the customer and has an exhausted knowledge of their products. Yes, the watch was slightly more than amazon, even with discount. But you really can't buy service like this. There really is hope for the hight street, especially with superb service from the likes of Ernest Jones.
