Seems the animal care has given way to nothing but greed since John retired. 11 years a customer and when my horse required sedation for the dentist today it was refused I'll be taking my business elsewhere as soon as possible

I'm fairly new to Downes but I can't recommend them highly enough. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional - I feel that my animals are really cared about, rather than just a 'product'. They were recommended to me after 2 years of having moved to just outside Lampeter and struggling with a veterinary practice I wasn't happy with. I'm so glad that the recommendation was made to me, so now I'm passing it on...
