Cannot believe the review I have just read, this company are amazing. I usually use the Grays branch as it is nearer to my home, but work colleagues use Shoebury. Customer service and customer satisfaction is always a big deal to these guys. In fact the new manager at Shoebury used to be the manager at the Grays depot and I as a customer will now in future travel to Shoebury as he is so lovely and so experienced and knowledable and I 100% trust them with my car and have never ever been disappointed or felt mis informed, they have only ever advised and charged what was quoted. Well done boys and do not let people who write reviews like that last one stop you doing a fabulous job.

Disappointed. Visited Shoebury tyres today to have my approaching balled front tyres changed on my car as requested from my MOT. The new guy behind the counter said to me that they had replaced all 4 tyres!!! I asked for 2. I was not told whilst I was in the waiting area that the decision had been made to put 4 tyres on! This guy hadn’t even stepped out of the office! He argued that “well they’re on now..” and told me I “can’t go anywhere until I pay up” I’m gutted that what I was quoted on the phone - £96.00 had become £192 without my consent. I have been a customer for a number of years and previously had always been kept informed about any additional work it’s a shame this garage has gone down hill, don’t recommend 👎🏼

Went in for wheel alignment and had called prior to visit. Got there, guy clearly didn't want to do it, begun making excuses before even starting. Started the process, kept holding his back, then came back 30 seconds later saying I need to take it to somewhere that does four wheel alignment. Which I thought I was getting. Total waste of time and journey. Will never use again

Good old fashion tyre place, honest and not trying to sell you stuff you don't need. Quite happy to help you out with minor problems. Good prices for tyres too.
