We started using this vet when Alice was there and she was a brilliant vet. Unfortunately we took our small pet to Michael Ng, who did not give the treatment our pet needed which resulted in her death. To top it off we opted to have her cremated and were expecting her ashes back but he had put her in a mass cremation and tried to blame us when we clearly stated what we wanted. I hope others will have a better experience, but I would never trust this vet with any animal.
We just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Michael and his team who were recommended to us. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed two of our dogs with conditions that had previously been misdiagnosed by another vet. We had lost all trust and faith in our previous vets but Michael made us feel able to trust a vet again because he takes a genuine interest in us and our dogs. The prices are also very reasonable. The surgery in based in a beautiful tranquil setting and we didn't feel rushed when we visited. The service we have received from The Little Pets is exceptional and we will happily recommend them to all our friends and family. We cannot thank you enough for resolving the issues with our pets health.

Such a fabulous team, I was recommended by a fellow bulldog owner as there is a specialist here that is excellent!
