Have been with Vets4pets several years. Until recently all was good, but my cat was ill and needed a blood test. Was told results would within 48hrs. I've called several times left messages. Still no reply from vet. My cat has now deteriorated severly. Not a confident client
My vet Terence is a very caring, polite, gentle and understanding individual. I will always ask for Terence to see my dog as he likes him. All of the reception and nursing staff are friendly and very helpful. Overall I would recommend this vet practice and definitely Terence to anyone.
Kind caring professionals. Not only did my pet come first but they put my needs first too. Ensuring my emotional wellbeing was adhered to.
