Cat went in with infected puncture wound. First visit to new vet after moving from Kent and vet of 15 years so I was anxious. I was on the phone to vet due to Covid19 restrictions. Think they made a good impression on each other as vet kept saying how cute he was and was told he was happy and purring on the table! Check up Saturday with same, very friendly and informative vet.
Not pushed to take unnecessary medication.
Reception person at time of appointment was great too.

Awesome, friendly vets.... Highly recommend.... they have looked after our pets for the last 20 plus years...always helpful with advice and have treated our pets with the utmost care and attention at all times. 🤗
The vet & staff managed to see Teddy, my cat, on the day I rang & i'd like to highlight the service, care & attention they provided us. They even fitted him in for a second appointment in the afternoon to administer an injection. Can't fault them.
