Visits to this surgery are always personable. Dr Roman knows my dog, my best friend well, despite the many animals he must see daily. He is empathetic towards us and genuinely cares. This surgery team always go the extra mile and never leave me out of pocket. They're helpful when it comes to completing insurance documents and sourcing medication! I have moved home a couple of times but have always remained at this surgery and actually travel out of town to see the team. I trust them, they always have Harvey's best interest at heart!
Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Obviously love the visiting pets. Made a big fuss of our old dog. Wish I had as much attention from the missus.
Great service, phone is almost always picked up instantly, opened on Sundays and go out of their way to make your appointment etc as good as it can possibly be! The vets all take time to listen to any issues and they’ve always provided our puppy with the greatest of care!

Care about your pets not about money like most of vets. I travel 1 and half hour with me dogs as they great.

I was able to make an appointment quickly and easily. There were Covid space and prevention measures in place, I arrived early, but was seen straight away. The receptionist and vet were both very friendly and helpful.
