Kingswood Farm Kennels and Cattery

My cat Mavis has spent a few holidays at Kingswood Cattery and as a matter of fact I’m dropping her off in the morning. Not once have I had any issues with the staff or care of my beloved Mavis. She is absolutely fine when I drop her off and always comes back happy. Thank you Kingswood for the love and care you give to Mavis.

My dog was well looked after here. The team are great and friendly and I would recommend them. I will be using this place next time

My dog has stayed at this kennels on many occasions. Every time I have been incredibly impressed at the level of care and professionalism of the staff. I am confident that my dog is being well cared for and I will be bringing him back soon when I am next away! A fantastic environment and a wonderful team. My dog has stayed here loads of time, she gets so excited just coming down the drive. Walks off with out a glance backwards. I have no concerns when I go away, leaving her here I know she is happy and well looked up. Lovely staff and so welcoming. They all make me feel so at ease. Highly recommended.

Give it my Cat for care when we went on holiday to Mexico for 2 weeks . When back my cat was dead ! From the vet information we receive it after we was back the cat suffered during his stay from blood clot . He got it that on last Wednesday morning and they killed him on Friday evening . We was due to pick him up on (next day - few hours difference) Saturday morning . Apparently they was trying to reach us on the phone number we provide but wasn't working and they decided themselfs what to do. We give them also our email address when we booked the kannels for additional contact details as roaming is not always working So they did have our email to and no one contact us at all . Just one voice mail on the phone backdated Wendy. which we receive it after we landed back on Saturday morning but that was to late as they decided to put him down on Friday evening. Why they could not wait additional few hours for us to decide what to do with our poor baby ?! They took him away from us ! Then offered instead free cremation but that do not compensate anything. I give it my perfectly healthy baby for them to take care and didn't even had a chance to say goodbye. Absolutely devastated! On the carier bag we got it back from our cat was a sticker from the kannels saying " No insurance" when my cat was fully insured for life and any medical conditions. So how did they decided he was not insured !? Did they put him down due to "no insurance"?! Or what make them not wait additional few hours. ?They also told us the decision of his euthanasia was made by 2 professional doctors which have at least 10-15 years experience practice with animals. When I did check one of the doctor on Google it turn up he just graduated from h uni in 2015 so that not giving even 4 full years of experience!!! Again if there will be no stars to put a review I will do it but that is one minimum star I need to give to write a review. Absolutely DEVASTATED!!!!
