Great shop with a massive range of teas! Staff are very friendly with a wealth of knowledge and patience ( picking up a gift for my partner, I have no clue with tea). Lovely clean store
I love this cafe, the tea and coffee is excellent, simple lunches reliably good quality, even a teacake is special. Service quick and friendly, and right now it is beautifully and innovatively decorated. 5* all round.
A favourite place since it opened,hard to imagine Carmarthen without it. Bright, clean, very welcoming. Huge selection of teas(other drinks too),delicious food(they always try to accommodate dietary restrictions etc) and a selection of gifts. If you want to learn about and try new teas or just have your usual this is the place. Some of the best cakes anywhere! Exceptionally professional while feeling as if you've dropped in on friends.
Excellent Tea Shop, with a good range of teas available, staff always warm and welcoming, good choice of snacks available and if you have room, there is a good choice of cakes, would recommend the home made cawl.
We've ordered twice over the past couple of months and received excellent service with prompt delivery to North Wales. Great quality tea, well packaged with brewing notes included. We will continue to support this great, small independent business.
