Had to clean my own table and once I queried that I did not have any cream with my Hot chocolate which was meant to be Included, I was rudely told by a male member of staff that we have had a busy week so we're out of whipped cream. It's Monday so the week only started today and he had a proper attitude problem. I will not be returning.
Can't say I'm a huge fan of their coffee as its generally too bitter, but service is always top notch and seating is nice there
Love the coffee for me its the best also this is the best coffee nero shop i have been in warm and cozy.
Comfortable shop and nice service but the hot chocolate was below average.
