New Starbucks in the car park of Morrisons. Usual lovely Starbucks coffee and food served by friendly capable staff. Big, light, airy seating area that’s not too crowded with tables and chairs.
Have come here a couple of times since it opened and it’s remarkable that every single drink I order is missing something or made incorrectly. Better off going to cross hands

This starbucks has only just opened and they are going to be incredibly busy with the thousands of coffees every day. Please take into consideration that staff here have only just started and some may have some or little experience working there. Starbucks are a giant company and they only want to work to perfection, they have a massive weight on their shoulders to impress and make sure everything is correct 100% of the time. It's hard! And they have it tough!
In my own personal experience with this starbucks, the staff are very chatty and absolutely lovely! Very friendly people and at the end of the day.. ARE JUST PEOPLE. Just like me and you. So please take it easy on them this christmas period and for this year in general! Thank you for your wonderful custom! I'll definitely be back again soon!
Had my 1st Starbucks today at this New Starbucks which is located within the Morrisons car park in Carmarthen, I used the Drive thru, there were 4 cars in front of me, yet it was all very easy & quick to order & get my drink. Polite staff, and a tasty Caramel Nut Frappuccino, I will be calling here again.
