Absoloultley Ridicolous Waiting Timea From Takeing Your Order To Having To Further Wait To Be Served At The Payment Window. Staff Need Training In Customer Service No End Of Mistakes When You Do A Order. Staff Are Misrable. You Will Honestly Get Better Service At A Costa Express Machine. Won't Be Going Here Again. Ment To Be A Quick Turn Around. The Young Manager there had absoloutley no clue at all. Mannera cost nothing. Its got.to be the most slowest place ever. Take your order then have to wait at payment window. Then further for drinks to be made. Aerea Manager need to have a deeper look into this coffee shop. Quicker Service And By Far Cheaper Im Jenkins.

Staff were rude, and thought more of having a chat and laugh among themselves rather than being more attentive towards customers .......They were not very busy but the young lady who served us was most unpleasant, very curt and "attitude"?? Spoon for the latte wasn't clean so we did not use it, very disappointed with our visit so will not be hurrying back anytime soon.

A warning to all. The one star is purely to provide this review Today was not a good day i'm afraid, on arrival there was a sanitizer by the door on the way in, but that was it. We were ushered to a table which hadn't been sanitized after the previous customers, we asked the assistant behind the counter if our table could be sanitized, on the arrival of the assistant my wife asked, "shouldn't this table have been sanitized before we sat down" to which a reply came, and I quote, " Don't know, I'm not out here", she wiped the table and not the chairs and walked off leaving us bewildered, we duly re-sanitized our hands as an extra precaution. To people our age group 67 + the corvid virus is lethal, so it seems money in the till is more important than our lives . Needless to say we will not be calling at this costas ever again.⛔

Most of the staff are miserable and they just like to talk between themselves and not thinking about costumes waiting there to be served! The place is filthy Not enough cleaning happening there ,Bins outside always full and never look like anyone does any cleaning there! And then track & trace system some of they favorited costumes don’t get ask to log in but the other have to every time they go there!
