As most people a trip to the dentist isn't at that top of my 'great day' expectations but the Old Oak Team are fantastic. You will find the Old Oak staff polite, willing to talk you through every stage of your treatment in a professional manner that doesn't lack the all important human touch. A Great staff all round that provide a Great service.They even send you reminders via text so you don't miss that appointment. I highly recommend for anyone in the Carmarthenshire area and any of you looking for a decent reliable dental service run by good people. Look them up give them a ring get it sorted and realise going to the dentist isn't always to be dreaded. 10/10
I attend regularly and our foster child is also registered.
He had his first tooth extraction recently and the patience and kindness shown him was amazing.
All the staff are friendly and helpful and make a visit to the dentist painless.
