While the actual Cloud9 is nice and my other half and sister loves it, the next door Barber (which is part of cloud9) is a joke. I could cut my hair better with a kitchen knife at home. Staff look like they don't want to be there. No customer service skills whatsoever. Such a shame, never again.

Got to give it 5☆because there isn't a 7☆,being ex sassoon stylist very visual,the cut and service I got was exactly what I wanted,re-booked straight away☺well done Neil +team,brilliant 👌
