Right in the centre of Cwmbran this little gem is a tranquil haven away from all the stresses and strains of everyday life. A perfect and lovely hide-away if you need to escape and I can easily spend the day here. The team at Complexion Medi Spa are really friendly so you can relax straight away, no matter what treatment you are having. They are all professionals and qualified so you feel in safe hands and know you will receive the best care. Perfection.
My brows were good, but I had to wait outside in the cold, for nearly 30mins!! I got there, assuming the door was open, and customers could wait in a warm and friendly atmosphere, but the door was locked, with a chalked sign, saying 'In Treatment, Please wait'.
The only person there, was the lady who does the brows treatment! Aparently, this company has been there for around 3 years!! So why on earth haven't you got a receptionist to welcome customers in to wait?? Surely you can afford it!? NO customer should have to wait OUTSIDE, until it is their appointment time!! Disgraceful!
I won't be coming again!
I also DEMAND an appology!! 😠. SO ignorant!! I will NOT tolerate rudeness!!
