I contemplated getting my eyebrows done for so long and after finally plucking up the courage, I booked with Jess at The Brow Pod due to her consistent professionalism and amazing results and reviews I’ve seen plastered on my social media. Jess is extremely passionate about what she does and trained to an extremely high standard as per her amazing service and rapport she built with me. I explained my desired look and she understood straight away. She explained and talked me through every step and set expectations and when I seen the final result I was in awe. Love, love, love my ombre brows done by the very talented Jess at the browpod!! Was anxious when I first arrived but she totally put me at ease. Explained the process from start to finish and made sure I was happy throughout. She is such the perfectionist which made me feel much safer in her hands. I am so glad I went to her and completely recommend her without hesitation. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.
