Our first time buying a house and the staff were absolutely brilliant, always kept us up to date and helped us with things we didnt understand (which was plenty of times!) Very professional and always there to help you, everything has been dealt with smoothly and so quickly, our mortgage advisor had recommended these solicitors to us as they were the best rated and also the cheapest which was a massive bonus! We also live in england which is no where near this solicitors but it's never been a problem, everything was done via letter or phone which was more convenient for us, No hidden fees at all, really really pleased with the service! Happy customers thank you very much. We would recommend anyone to use this firm they are fantastic!

Terrible service and extremely rude!
MUST AVOID!
I had a convincing job them lat year the matter was urgent just needed them to send a letter saying they are representing me. This email was never sent chased them 3 weeks everyday calling and saying yes they are dealing with it. Anyway didn't happen and no reply. In the end I said Im going to wait on the line till the solicitor was free and the receptionist hang up on me! This is what I got in 3 weeks.
I went with another firm and the paper was emailed in couple of hours.
