Emily Diaz from JCP Carmarthen has been amazing throughout our first home purchase, we first instructed them back in July for a house that was a legal mess, although we all couldn’t do anything further than signing how much we wanted to purchase the house for and had to pull out, Emily and the JCP team were quick to answer any question and to pick up the phone. We then purchased a house which is now our new home, everything went very quickly and efficiently, we were kept up to date with everything. I would absolutely recommend this company, we have had such a great experience with them, my partner Pete and I will definitely be using them in the future should we sell our house.

Just purchased a house and used JCP as our solicitors, They we’re genuinely outstanding, we had previously had an offer accepted for another property close by but had all sorts of legal issues ( lost deeds, probate yet to be granted) from the other side, we as purchasers would have been completely lost and baffled without the expertise of Emily Diaz and her team! When we put our offer in for the house we’ve just purchased it was a no brained to use JCP, and as there was a ‘no complete no fee’ guarantee we weren’t out of pocket for the previous debacle! I would highly recommend JCP having used a few different solicitors for various other things, JCP gave a service I was yet to experience from the others. Thanks JCP, we’ll use you again next time we need a solicitor! Peter
