Had the most wonderful arrangement made for my friend. It was stunning. I was very specific with what I wanted. They actually exceeded what I expected. It was beautiful. I will definitely use them again. Especially at Christmas for myself and friends. Can't recommend highly enough. Flowers were ready on time and they brought them out to the car for me so I could stay distanced with my daughter. Excellent service.

Sweeneys arranged a beautiful floral display for my friend's birthday. Delivery was speedy and I found staff more than helpful. Friend is " over the moon" with the assortment And display, and they have remained fresh way into two weeks. Fully recommend Sweeneys and will shop again without hesitation.

I was so shocked and very disappointed recently. I ordered a Modern Bright Hand tied Bouquet for £40 over the phone. I collected from the shop as they were for my Daughter in Crosby. At first sight I instantly wasn't happy as they were not Modern but paid for them and ordered flowers for a grave which I have done in the past and said I would collect them in a few days. I made my way to Crosby kept looking at the flowers on the journey thinking they would grow on me. Later that day I rang to say I was disappointed with the bouquet and the lady I spoke to said no problem they can either replace them or I could have a refund. As I was in Crosby I explained I couldnt go back and forth so agreed a refund. I went to a local florist in Crosby and bought a Modern Bouquet and returned the original to Sweeneys. The man gave me the refund and told me he had cancelled the other flowers I ordered for the Cemetery when I asked did he not want me as a customer he replied no. Customer Service very poor there.
