Receptionist and dentist are beneath contempt, neither deserving roles in the health services. Total lack of preparedness for post lock down practice. I'm sorry to have to agree with them general opinions below, perhaps I'm lucky not to be being treated by such uncaring ": care providers" A woman with some anxiety at her appointment was also turned away today after the booking receptionist having not entered her appointment in the system despite writing down. No sincere apology offered to her at all.

My god, how long does it take to answer your phone. Seriously the worst dental practice I have ever been enrolled in. You don't return my calls, you cancel my appointments and then take me off your list for not attending your practice. If you stopped cancelling my appointments then perhaps I might get to see what the dentist looks like. Don't worry I will get my teeth sorted elsewhere. Absolutely awful service and you should be ashamed of how you run this business

You can never get an answer on the phone. I had to ask my father in law to walk over to make an appointment for me and the "staff" were ignoring the phone calls. Then they told my father in law that my son had not attended an appointment and asked why he didn't attend. Luckily I had a screenshot of the phone record showing a 1 min 59 sec call on the morning of the appoinmment which was when I cancelled it. The place is a shambles now. Will be looking for another dentist asap.

Impopossible to get hold of over the phone. Even when it does actually ring (rather than the engaged tone) nobody answers! Cancel appointments all the time. Took me 18 months to finally see a dentist after every appointment was cancelled (with very little warning) Receptionists are so fed up with the way the dentist surgery is ran I heard one saying to the other 'i dont even apologise for the cancellations anymore'... she wasnt lying- they dont. Whilst sat in the waiting room I heard call after call to patients to cancel their appointments. Can't help but think if they cant keep the surgery functional they should shut the surgery down. What is the point of keeping it open when they are clearly struggling to deliver a proper service?
