I phoned to report a rat sighting at my elderly mothers house, at around 5 o’clock within an hour they had called up to see her and kept me informed about how things were at her home. Gave us piece of mind. very professional

Huw and Adam really do know what they're talking about. I use them professionally as well as personally and then service I get really is excellent. I regularly recommend them to customers and have to be honest, as a household with 4 dogs when the hot weather landed last year I took advice and some products from them and this year I've gone back for more- flies can be a big problem if not handled and I really cannot complain thanks to Preventapest.

As a landlord of multiple occupancy properties, I have a strict no pets rule in the houses and recently discovered that one of my tenants had a cat. Once the tenant had removed the cat from the property, Preventapest were able to treat the house for the flea problem it left in it's wake. They were professional, always on time and at a very reasonable price. I hope I don't need his services again, but if I do, I'll call him without delay as it's such an excellent service.
