Rang from Dublin seeking a rubber seal for my Audi. Received very nice help and advice from Millie over the phone. Went out of their to be helpful even though a replacement seal was not available. Their reviews are impressive because their work is obviously impressive but I can also vouch for how pleasant and helpful they were to me. A very nice experience.
Really great service. I could not find anywhere that would fix my Audi A5 soft top roof (Audi advised the only way to fix it was to replace it) but this company did it no problem. I also used them to clean up the roof and now it looks brand new. Millie and Sophie in particular were super helpful.
First rate service from start to finish. Had issues with my Audi A4 roof, so booked in for a diagnosis. They kept me informed throughout the process and offered excellent advise as to the best course of actions to remedy the problems. Very friendly service and clear that they pride themselves on quality work and customer service satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend the company if you have issues with your convertible roof.
Had my car booked in with a leaking vario roof. Ideally they needed the car overnight but I had work meetings the next day. The team were amazing and repaired all the roof seals within a day, serviced the roof mechanism and handed it back by the evening. The ladies in the office were great, taking care of me even though socially distancing, keeping me informed how the repairs were going and providing a seat so I could rest my bad back. Result: 2 weeks down the road, not a leak or drip in sight! Brilliant service, great work by the whole team. Many thanks
Problem with my BMW series 4 roof only after one week of ownership! Error code telling my roof is not locked, with constant warning beep! Due to go Cornwall the next day, so Cayman slotted me in for an early appointment the day before at short notice. All error codes cleared, and so far so good fingers crossed.
Update: 27.10.2020
As expected (and discussed with Adam), a return visit was required as the same fault code reappeared. This time it was evident that a faulty microswitch was causing the fault. Adam got to work on it right away, and a couple of hours later it was all fixed. Quite a way to travel, but well worth it as these guys are THE specialists. Credit to the ladies in the Office as well, as really super helpful and friendly. 100% recommended.
