I crashed my vehicle and ensure sent it to ABL in Reading. From start to finish all the members of the ABL team I came into contact with were exceptional. All were very polite took time to make sure I understood what was going on. The telephone ladies were lovely especially Malian. I had read the reviews on this website and I must say I was a bit worried to say the least but all is well. They have communicated for me with the storage facility where my car is. They have text me all relevant details to collect a few bits I had left in the car at the scene of the accident. I have yet to arrange collection but I am sure all the bits will be there. I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews but my experience has been super.

Very professional, I was kept informed at every stage of the process. And due to parts being readily available my car was delivered back to me in a very short time, well manicured . Excellent service, highly recommended.

Terrible company. Took my car in for repair after an accident which was unfortunately declared a write off. Was meant to go back and collect stuff from car but when I arrived the car had already been taken away by a salvage company. Was told it had already been cleared out and my possessions kept for me, 1 cd a few spare bulbs and some pennies. Seems my £50 car seat covers and 20 quid in pound coins were too good to resist. Steer clear from these crooks and if your insurance company is tied to these guys find your own repairs company, plenty of honest ones about

DISAPPOINTING! - Had my car repaired here. Service was ok, apart from moving my booking twice!. Car came back with parts not being put back in place, but more annoyingly the rear doors did not lock and the rear windows where not working. Only discovered this a few days later. When I took the car back to the Garage they spent 30mins looking at it and claimed it was not a fault from the repair!!!! I would suggest Avoiding this garage!
