First time I have used Fins Motorcycles. Exceptional customer service, were able to collect my bike and return it as I am shielding. They resolved an ongoing fault which, although required an expensive BMW part, they hit the nail on the head and the bike now rides like it was new. I wouldn't hesitate to use them going forward for all my bike servicing and I would recommend them strongly.
Fins are the only people that can be trusted to do a first class job, not rip you off. They are very friendly and clever.
I recently brought a bike unseen from Fins Motorcycles. The bike was delivered within 4 days and was exactly as described in relation to its condition. However, there was an issue with the bike (it happens) and required £750 in order to resolve the issue. Fins Motorcycle honoured the payment and was incredibly pleasant and professional in the process. I wouldn't think twice about buying a motorbike from them in the future they are great!!
Picked up a Yamaha MT-07 from Fins and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From first contact to having the bike delivered, I couldn’t expect more. Recommended for sure, thank you chaps!
