I’ve been to these guys twice now. One major repair, one minor and both times I received the best service! They always go above and beyond do a fantastic job. You would never know where the damage originally was. Great example of delivering what a customer wants!

Highly recommended. From my first point of contact with the kind and polite reception staff, with their regular text message and phone call updates and to the estimator who worked tirelessly negotiating with my insurance company to keep a near write off on the road, through to the craftsman in the workshop that presented a flawless repair, this was a smooth running, hassle free and first class customer care experience. I went to Fix Auto Redhill because it got good reviews and was not disappointed. I had a broken wing mirror which needed fixing. Kevin gave me a couple of options (if you want it looking like new then we could do this, or if you don't mind so much we could do this). I went for the more basic of the two and so he just used wind screen glue to stick it back together again then and there. No charge for that. He even said if I wanted some help to remove the gaffer tape glue I could come back the next day! Couldn't believe it. Will definitely be back - really friendly, honest and genuinely kind.
