Friendly staff and very accommodating. Always busy which shows customers come back time after time... have always had the best price for tyres, mot and servicing.

Shame you can't allocate zero stars when reviewing. Zero customer focus in the branch. They are more interested in talking to their friends and family on the phone that taking time to ask how they can help you. Waited about an hour and they couldn't fit a tyre. The person behind the desk was also rude and unapologetic about his behaviour. I escalated the issue to a Regional Director, who was no more helpful. If mechanics had an ounce of customer service then I'm sure people would go back time and time again. However they just don't.

Service here is rubbish, expensive prices and they take half of a day just to change only one tyre. They don't put back the replacement tyre in the correct place, they just throw back the replacement tyre over the cover damaging, dirtying and wrinkling the entire surface of vehicle trunk who cover the replacement tyre. Ah! They also take almost three hours just to diagnose your flat tyre to tell you if it is repairable or not. Unbelievable... The metallic cup and the bolt to hold the replacement tyre is missing as well, etc... A complete disaster...

MOT and 219 pounds worth of repairs to leave with my car having no brake light working. I called the branch immediately only to be told it was working when they checked the car. I took my car back the following morning only to be spoken to in a rude manor and told not their problem. The staff are poor as was the work. Any good garage and service provider would have changed and fixed the light instead they argued and did not care. Disgraceful service beware.

Booked online and payed for 2 tyres and tracking after comparing prices with other companies and these were the best price for what I required. Booking time was 10.00am and work was started on the dot, staff were polite and I will not hesitate to use them again.
