Excellent communication from the moment it was booked by a third party. The car was delivered to me at a body shop without problem and to my suprise only had 3 miles on the clock. I've never driven a brand new car so thanks Enterprise. Staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely use them again. Hassle free
Great service and good safety measures during covid. The chap that greeted us was friendly and explained the process including how long everything would take which was good because we were anxious we were going to be late setting off. The van we hired was spotless and easy to drive. I would hire here again and recommend to others. This enterprise was cheaper than the others nearby for some reason so will check here again in future before booking anything else.

Tried to rent a car again after a three day break and rates per day were nearly double what I paid before. Customer service via live chat is rude and very unhelpful. Avoid totally unless you are extremely rich
