Cant recommend the lettings team at John Francis Carmarthen highly enough, Ruth & Aled are exceptional. We were looking to rent in the area and managed to secure the perfect place thanks to them, they have great local knowledge and excellent relationships with their landlords which really helps. Posted on behalf of my parents: We were very impressed with the professional manner in which the whole team at John Francis Carmarthen handled the sale of our property. The prompt Valuation visit was carried out by Neville, whose knowledge of the property market and the area was second to none. The sales details were submitted in a timely manner and our request for more photographs was met with a prompt visit from Claire who took more details and photographs which arrived very quickly for approval. As soon as our property went “live” we were inundated with requests for viewings. The office phoned to arrange appointments and liaised with us to keep disruption to a minimum. Within 24 hours the office contacted the viewers for feedback that was then passed on to us. This was great as we were not left wondering whether viewers were interested or not. Within four weeks we had four offers and accepted the one that met the full asking price. Throughout the whole process the John Francis Office staff were helpful and any concerns were had were dealt with in a very friendly and informative manner. We would take this opportunity to recommend John Francis,headed up by Neville and Claire backed up by the rest of the office staff to any prospective vendor.
