I was looking for exactly same ladder that I had stolen because it was fitting to my bespoke brackets. I found it in one place and it was much more expensive than similar ones but I wanted exactly that model. They have delivered me something else and say that If I don't like it I should return it myself or pay over £30 for collection

Multi purpose scaffold ladder ordered on a Monday, charged £8 for next day delivery, absolutely no indication when paying that for next day delivery it needed to be ordered before a certain time - absolutely none!! Rang on the Tuesday to ask when I could expect delivery morning or afternoon and told very curtly that I should have ordered it by a certain time - not a particularly helpful person. Rang on the Wednesday (2 days after I ordered it and paid for next day!) only to be told, in contrast, by a very helpful and apologetic woman that there were actually none in stock and maybe, just maybe I would get it on the Thursday (3 days)! No thank you, I cancelled and they have refunded my money including the £8 for next day delivery! What a shambolic company. Bought the exact same item from Strek Systems on Amazon £10 cheaper and delivered before their promised delivery!

Ordered a ladder and a stair platform. Best price I could find online and free delivery. My items were dispatched very quickly, arriving 2 days later via FedEx. Very happy with purchase and service received. Happily reccomend.

Purchased ladder. Order was taken over the phone, I had a lot of questions of which all where answered in a timely manner. Ladder arrived in good time but delivery company didn't contact me to say when, good job I called up as delivery was the day after.

Unpleasant experience purchasing from Ladders Direct. Ordered a ladder (price was great). Enquired about delivery 3 days later and was advised it might be late. Requested the order be cancelled in that case and was told no problem. 5 days later and outside of their stated delivery window, the ladder was delivered. The delivering courier faked my signature and left it. Took me 3 more phone calls to get it collected when I followed up a week after that chasing a refund I was advised that it would be subject to a 25% restocking fee... It took two more phone calls and a dispute through paypal before it was refunded fully. I was very disappointed with the experience and would neither use again nor recommend.
